Introducing Benjamin Jouet, florist
Benjamin Jouet grew up in Provence, surrounded by flowers and lavender fields, picking wildflowers to make bouquets for his grandmother.
After graduating in horticulture and landscape design, Benjamin Jouet had the privilege of working for magnificent gardens in the south of France: Chartreuse de Villeneuve-lès-Avignon (cultural and entertainment center, historical monument), Domaine de Murtoli (luxury residences), the Harmas Jean-Henri Fabre (Natural History Museum)
After living in France for several years, Benjamin went to work in the antipodes, in Australia, New Zealand, then Hong Kong and Japan.
After working for several years as a landscape gardener, Benjamin decided to become a florist and went to work in Hong Kong and Japan on high-end weddings, and to teach floral design to beginners and professionals. Benjamin Jouet recently went to Seoul, South Korea, to teach courses there.
Inspired by his childhood and experiences abroad, through sublime gardens, nature, and the arts, Benjamin Jouet pays particular attention to detail and uses all this experience as a source of inspiration for his creations, making his style unique.
Introducing Ji-Eun Baek, florist
Drawn to the beauty of nature, floral culture, and the art of France, Ji-Eun Baek earned her professional certificate in floristry and gained seven years of experience working in several flower shops in Paris. She favors a natural style but often uses bright and vibrant colors.
A former nurse, she discovered the power of flowers by observing the joy of patients receiving bouquets, a joy that spread to those around them. Passionate about art since childhood, when she was always in charge of classroom decorations, she decided to change careers to express this passion through flowers.
Ji-Eun Baek strives to infuse her enthusiasm and creativity into every floral arrangement she creates.
